In a value capture study, we assess the economic benefits of a transport infrastructure project. We identify stakeholders and the contributions they make to the project’s success, as well as the potential gains from the project that can be shared among them. Our studies also assess the potential benefits of the project for the public, businesses, and other entities. Finally, we identify methods of capturing the value of the project for stakeholders, such as taxation, tolls, or other financial incentives.
